Entrepreneur and Innovator to Drive Company's Expansion

SUNNYVALE, Calif.-May 1, 2007 -- agámi Systems, Systems, Inc., an industry leader in delivering enterprise-class unified storage systems with live replication and breakthrough operational performance and TCO, today announced the internal appointment of David Stiles to President and CEO. Mr. Stiles succeeds Kumar Sreekanti, who remains Chairman of the Board of Directors.

David Stiles, who joined agámi Systems in 2005 as Chief Technologist, was instrumental in the development of the company's innovative unified storage system. Prior to joining agámi Systems, Stiles held leadership positions at three of the most successful emerging technology companies, collectively raising $18 billion in valuations for their investors. His prior roles included chief architect of the SmartEdge product family at Redback Networks, founding CEO of Siara Systems (acquired by Redback), chief architect of Cerent Corp. (Cisco's largest acquisition), and VP Engineering and chief architect of Nexgen Microsystems (now AMD). At Nexgen, Mr. Stiles designed advanced processor architectures and drove development teams that led to the development of the AMD K6 and Athlon microprocessors. Mr. Stiles holds dozens of patents in the processor, telecommunications, and networking fields and holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences from MIT.

In his role as Chairman, former CEO Kumar Sreekanti, will continue to focus on guiding the company's strategy and act as an advisor to the management team. agámi Systems also announced that Chief Financial Officer, Dean Seniff, is no longer with the company.

agámi Systems recently completed an initial closing on its Series C financing round and expects to formalize a funding announcement at the conclusion of the funding. The financing will be used for expansion with a focus on sales and marketing. “What commits us to agámi Systems is the company's demonstrated ability to develop an innovative product that provides a real alternative to legacy storage solutions,” said Scott Sandell. “With David at the helm, agámi will gain even more momentum in the enterprise storage market.”

Last month, agámi Systems began shipping the latest agámi Information Server (AIS), which now includes unified network storage capabilities (NAS and IP SAN), to enable the consolidation of different forms of business data on a single storage platform. As of first quarter 2007, agámi has shipped over 150 systems to more than 65 customers who include Carnegie Mellon University, Lorenz Surgical, Merced Systems and San Diego State University.

Kumar Sreekanti, agámi's Chairman takes on added role of CTO; Jackie Brown appointed VP of Finance

SUNNYVALE, Calif. — June 5, 2007 — agámi Systems, Inc., an industry leader in delivering enterprise-class unified storage systems with live replication and breakthrough operational performance and TCO, today announced it is bolstering its senior management team with the appointments of Kumar Sreekanti to the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer and Jackie Brown as Vice President of Finance.

As CTO, Sreekanti is responsible for setting the technology and product roadmap directions for the company, in addition to retaining his role as agámi Systems’ Chairman of the Board of Directors. As the former President and CEO of agámi from May 2003 to May 2007, Sreekanti played an instrumental role in developing and bringing the agámi Information Server (AIS) product family to market in 2005. With his extensive knowledge of the computing, networking and storage industries, Sreekanti is driving the vision and development of the company’s next-generation of unified storage products which include simultaneous support for NAS and IP SAN data formats to allow file data and block-level applications to be consolidated and managed on a single platform. Prior to joining agámi Systems, Sreekanti was the CEO of Omniva Policy Systems, a startup company funded by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and was the Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Akamai Technologies. He also has previously held senior engineering management positions with Adaptec, Micropolis and Connor Peripherals.

agámi Systems also announced that Jackie Brown has joined the company as Vice President of Finance where she will be responsible for all financial investment and human resource functions. Brown brings a broad financial background through her experience at startups and publicly traded companies as well as venture capital firms. Brown spent the last 2 years as vice president of finance for Montalvo Systems, a fabless semiconductor startup founded to develop low-power chips for next-generation mobile computing. At Montalvo, she managed various financial and operational responsibilities, providing a valuable role in the company’s rapid domestic and international growth, such as securing funding, setting up recruiting efforts, and establishing operations overseas. Prior to Montalvo Systems, Brown held a management position with Skymoon Ventures where she operated as CFO for a number of portfolio companies. Early in her career, Brown served as Controller for Siara Systems and helped lead the company through its acquisition by Redback Networks. Brown holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Santa Clara and BS from State University of New York at Geneseo.

Michael McGuire, formerly of Sun Microsystems and StorageTek, appointed VP of Worldwide Sales

SUNNYVALE, Calif. — October 31, 2007 — agámi Systems, an industry leader in delivering enterprise-class unified network storage systems with live file system replication, breakthrough operational performance and TCO, today announced it has added an experienced industry sales leader for its sales organization with the appointment of Michael McGuire as Vice President of Worldwide Sales.

McGuire brings over eighteen years of sales, as well as executive management, background to agámi. McGuire spent the last two years at Sun Microsystems as Vice President of Americas Storage sales and previously held the position of Vice President of U.S. Storage sales. While at Sun, he was responsible for the planning and execution of all sales revenue for storage products in the U.S., Canada, and Latin American region. Prior to Sun, McGuire held the position of Vice President, General Manager of U.S. and Canada sales and services at StorageTek. In this role, he was fully responsible for sales, services and P&L for the US/Canada operations. McGuire also managed a team that included all sales, services, marketing, HR, channel, business development, systems engineering and finance. McGuire was responsible for merging the U.S. StorageTek and Sun Storage sales teams during the acquisition in 2005.

McGuire holds an HBA and a Hon BA from the University of Western Ontario.

Babu Ranganathan

Babu Ranganathan is a general partner focused in enterprise applications, networking software and hardware. Prior to joining Apex, Babu was a management consultant with Booz.Allen and Hamilton, where he developed strategic technology initiatives for clients in multiple industries. He also held various management positions in technology development, strategic services and account management with AT&T. Babu holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Babu serves or previously served on the boards of Agami Systems, Ageia, e-studio LIVE, Nayna Networks and NexPrise. He has worked extensively with the management teams of Finjan, Doublespace, I3 Mobile, Inc., and IDK/NETdelivery Corporation.

Mike Boich

A founding CEO of three companies, Mike Boich has more than 20 years of experience in the hardware, semiconductor and software industries. Mike co-founded and served as the CEO of Rendition, an InterWest-backed graphics chip company, acquired by Micron Technology in 1998. Prior to Rendition, he was the founding CEO of an InterWest-backed Macintosh peripherals company, Radius, which grew from zero to $100 million in four years under his leadership. Additionally, he served as CEO of Eazel, an open source software company whose software now ships with all major Linux distributions. Prior to InterWest, Mike invested in information technology companies for Alta Partners. At the beginning of his career, he worked on the Apple Macintosh project as the first Software Evangelist.

Mike holds a B.A. in economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
