Axiom Microdevices Inc. is a supplier of Power Amplifiers and other RF semiconductor devices for the worldwide mobile handset market. The company’s patented technology enables conventional CMOS to be used to realize Watt level RF power amplifiers without the requirement for a module package. This technology provides unique benefits to our customers in terms of reduced design complexity and bill of materials. Use of a standard high volume CMOS process and a simple leadframe package also ensures security of supply. Axiom Microdevices has its headquarters in Irvine, Calif., with sales representation also in the United Kingdom, China, Taiwan and South Korea. Axiom has been shipping high volume production of its AX502 device since the beginning of 2007 to customers in Europe and Asia.
