O. Liam Wright, Founder

Liam has logged in over 14 years of creative, consulting and management experience in industrial design, interactive advertising, and metaverse content development. For past two years he has been in the 3D social networking media creating Metaverse environments for his clients in the movie entertainment industry. Projects included: i.e. 300, Transformers, Iron Man, Die Hard, and for such corporate clients as Steelcase, SAP, SUN. As Senior Art Director for FCBi he directed and created for Fortune 100 clients i.e. MetLife, Samsung, UBS Warburg. Previously he worked on product development projects for Kodak, Fisher Price, Plantronics, GE, IBM, as well as, the UN. He brings to his clients a broad educational background - Rochester Institute of Technology majored in Industrial Design with minor in Psychology, and a Master's concentration in International Political Economics & Development from Fordham University.

Edward O'connor, Interim COO

Edward specializes in growth strategy and operations management, market expansion and penetration, strategic partnering, crisis and turnaround management, and strategic-growth transactions for technology companies. Prior to Exertus Partners, Edward held executive and management positions in firms, domestic and international, in various industries. For example, as chief information officer and technology investment advisor at Chase Capital Partners (then JPMorgan Partners), he provided strategic counsel and tactical facilitation in growth-, crisis- and business development-management to its high-tech portfolio companies. He earned the BA in global political economy at the University of Texas, where he also earned the MA in political philosophy. Edward completed PhD coursework in political philosophy at the University of Dallas.

Bill Durkin, Corporate Counsel

The managing partner of the firm, Mr. Durkin concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate law and commercial real estate and advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings and general corporate matters. He has been a Director of the Fairfield County Bar Association since 1997and has served as President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Association. Currently, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Association and previously served as Co-Chair of the Association’s Business Law Committee. Mr. Durkin is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and its Section on Corporations and other Business Organizations. the American Bar Association, a former Director of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and has served on the boards of several charitable and not for profit organizations.

Previously Michael served as the President of Dover Management LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser. Prior to Dover he served as a Partner and Global Sector Head of TMP Worldwide now known as Monster Worldwide (MNST). In 1999 Michael and his partners sold the Highland Group to TMP Worldwide. Earlier in his career Michael worked for the U.S. House of Representative and the White House. Mr. Castine has a Master in Public Administration from Harvard and a B.A. in Political Science from Fredonia College. Michael is an independent director of Prospect Acquisition Corp. (Symbol: PAX) and serves on the Advisory Board of Praxis Resource Partners and is a Trustee of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation.
