When resizing the left ventricle, the Blue Egg eliminates the guesswork. The ideal Left Ventricular End Diastolic Volume is achieved by utilizing the BioVentrix Blue Egg Sizing Chart. This will insure the selection of Blue Egg size that will optimize the postop EDV, and clear identification of the neo-apex to maximize reduction in wall tension relative to the volume.
