BroadLight is a fabless semiconductor company supporting the Fiber to the Premise (FTTP) market with optical transceivers, digital PON controllers (MAC) for both Central Office (CO) and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), and software stacks. BroadLight offers a complete PON solution at the components level, which will enable system vendors to shorten time to market for emerging last mile networks. BroadLight is an Israeli start-up company, founded in July 2000, to develop a unique offering to system vendors enabling them to come out with PON systems easily and with a short time to market. The company has recently achieved a number of important design wins from leading system vendors that are using the complete offering for their PON solution.The company is committed to work closely with vendors and carriers to support them throughout the project planning and integration process.
