ZULTYS APPOINTS GENERAL MANAGER FOR EMEA

Industry veteran joins leading VoIP equipment vendor to drive continued expansion in Europe, Middle East, and Africa

London, UK, 25 April 2006 - Zultys Technologies, the leading manufacturer of communications equipment for businesses and enterprises, has announced the appointment of Martin Bond as General Manager for EMEA. Martin will be responsible for all day to day operations in EMEA including sales, marketing, technical, and infrastructure, and is charged with expanding the channel and market reach of Zultys’ range of robust and feature-rich VoIP solutions.

Martin has more than 20 years experience in the IT and telecommunications industries, based both in the UK and the US. He has performed a variety of roles with both regional and global responsibility and brings to Zultys a tremendous amount of knowledge in sales, marketing, business development, and product management. Prior to joining Zultys, Martin was the VP of International Sales for Mapletree Networks, where he quickly established a $20 million international business. Martin also held a Director position with Tricom Communications, helping to grow the company from its inception. Prior to that he began his industry experience with Case Communications.

Jean Sini, CTO

Jean Sini, based in Silicon Valley since 1996, currently heads Buzzlogic’s technical vision and architecture, and as Chief Technology Officer is in charge of scaling the company’s platform. He joined Buzzlogic in April 2008, as part of its acquisition of Activeweave, a San Francisco startup he co-founded in 2005.

His expertise and interests are primarily focused on the design and development of distributed computing infrastructures and products. He has honed his leadership and software engineering skills over the last 15 years, building large-scale multi-tiered platforms and managing international engineering teams.

Buzzlogic develops social media-centric influence discovery algorithms and technology, to unlock the power of conversations and relevance, with applications that help players across the social media ecosystem — businesses, online publishers and the bloggers contributing to influential communities — reap the rewards and engage its constituents.

Prior to running the company’s engineering, Jean co-founded Activeweave, where he served as CTO, building and scaling its contextual, personalized relevance engine. Jean also held Director and Senior Director of Software Engineering positions at Oracle and Symbol Technologies (acquired by Motorola in 2007). He holds Masters Degrees in Computer Science from Telecom Paris and the Computer Science Laboratories at the Paris University.

Mark Goines

Mark was most recently the chief marketing officer at PassMark Security, now a unit of RSA. He serves on the board, and as an investor for Credit Interlink, Benefit Street, Nolo Press and BullRun Financial. Previously, Mark was senior vice president and general manager of Intuit’s Consumer Division, leading the $200 million Quicken, Quicken.com, Quicken Insurance and Quicken Mortgage portfolio of businesses. Prior to Intuit, he held senior marketing roles and product strategy positions for Crocker Bank (now Wells Fargo) and Charles Schwab, innovating software and services that formed the foundation for today’s online trading industry

N. Ugras

N. George Ugras is a general partner with Adams Capital Management, where he focuses on the enterprise infrastructure, electronics, and semiconductor industries. Ugras joined Adams from the Apax Partners private equity firm. Previously, as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co, he worked on strategic and operational issues for media and technology clients.

Ugras was a Research Fellow in Physics from the California Institute of Technology. He was awarded a Ph.D. from Yale University and a BS from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Chris Heuer

Chris Heuer is the co-founder of Social Media Club, a community driven organization that brings together practitioners and other people with an interest in creating and consuming all forms of media in the "Web 2.0" world. Heuer also serves as the Executive Director of the not-for-profit BrainJams, Inc., producing “unconferences” and encouraging group-to-group collaboration. An Internet pioneer with more than 12 years of online communications and Web development experience, Heuer consults both startups and large corporations on how to authentically engage with customers and potential customers through social media.

Heuer received a B.A. in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government from American University.

J. Briggs

Scott Briggs is an advisor, independent business consultant and board member for Internet technology and media companies. Previously, Briggs was president of Ziff Davis, Inc., where he led the company's entry into technology trade publishing and was instrumental in the creation of landmark media properties including eWeek, ZDNet, PC Magazine, Family PC, Computer Life, Computer Gaming World, Electronic Gaming Monthly and Playstation Magazine, among others. Under his leadership, Ziff Davis became the world's preeminent media company in consumer computing.

In addition to the technology properties, Briggs held publishing roles for Ziff Davis at Stereo Review, Travel Weekly and Meetings & Conventions magazines. Previously, he managed product exports for Fa. Marker Sicherheits Skibindugen, a German manufacturer of ski equipment.

Briggs was educated at Williams College and the Sorbonne.

Camie Hackson

Camie Hackson has more than 18 years of experience in engineering management and product development. In a career that has spanned enterprise and consumer technologies, Hackson has developed and delivered to market more than 40 software products. Most recently, Hackson was vice president engineering, worldwide software development, for Chordiant Software, where she was responsible for the development of all of the company’s products. Previously she was vice president of engineering of OnDemand, Inc. and a co-founder of Managemark. Hackson also held senior engineering positions at Intuit and Software Publishing Corporation.

Hackson earned a MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BA in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Alfred Lutter

Alfred Lutter has more than 20 years experience as a business strategist, software architect and programmer. He has broad and deep expertise in more than 15 programming languages, developer tools and systems. Previously, Lutter held positions as CEO at NetChemistry, CIO at E*Offering and founder & director at Omnisoft. Lutter's consulting clients currently or previously include Cumulus Media, Unisource Discovery, Epic Management, On the Go Software, EDiX Corporation, Computer Sciences Corporation, University of California, Irvine and Pedcom, Inc.

Lutter earned a MS in Engineering and Management and also a BS in Engineering from Stanford University.

Chris Ackerley

Chris Ackerley is a co-founder of Ackerley Partners, LLC. Prior to founding Ackerley Partners in 2002, he was the President of The Ackerley Group, Inc. (NYSE: AK) where he oversaw the daily operations of the national media and entertainment company. Serving in a variety of roles and as a board member, Ackerley was instrumental in identifying operational opportunities across the companyÕs outdoor media, television, radio and sports & entertainment divisions. In early 2002, he successfully co-led the merger of The Ackerley Group with Clear Channel Communications, Inc. (NYSE: CCU) in a stock transaction valued at approximately $850 million.

Ackerley started his professional career with Bank of America in London, England after attending the University of Arizona.
