Founder, Chairman and CEO
Mr. Marston has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Calypso Technology, since its inception. Prior to founding Calypso, Mr. Marston worked at Infinity Financial Technology, where his roles included President, and Chairman, and at the Bank of America in the trading and capital markets area.

Talat Sadiq, SVP Professional Services

Talat Sadiq, the former CIO of drugstore.com. Previously, Sadiq was the CIO of Nextcard Inc., the first Internet-based credit card company and, before that, worked at Citicorp in London, where he architected and deployed Global Trading and Risk management systems.

Ronald Codd

Mr. Codd is Calypso’s lead independent director. As the Board’s financial expert, Mr. Codd chairs the Audit Committee. Mr. Codd previously served at PeopleSoft, Inc. as CFO, Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, and Secretary. During his 7-year tenure at PeopleSoft, he marshaled PeopleSoft’s successful Initial Public Offering in 1992 and the company grew its annual revenues from $15 million to $1.5 billion. More recently, Mr. Codd was President, CEO and Secretary at spinout software firm Momentum Business Applications, Inc. that was later repurchased by PeopleSoft. Mr. Codd previously held management roles at MIPS Computer Systems, Inc., Wyse Technology and Tandem Computers, Inc. and currently serves as an independent business consultant. Mr. Codd also serves on the Board of Directors of Agile Software, Interwoven, and two privately-held technology companies.

Barry Sabloff

Mr. Sabloff brings many years of banking expertise to Calypso’s board, having held key executive and board positions in the financial services industry. Mr. Sabloff was Executive Vice President and Head of the International Group at Bank One (now merged with JP Morgan Chase & Co.) where he was responsible for all of Bank One’s non-U.S. customers, the international branch network and global foreign exchange and international treasury and trade finance products. During his 30 year career with First Chicago and Bank One, Mr. Sabloff held a number of leadership roles heading groups such as Syndications and Private Placements and Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Sabloff ran Global Risk Management, which included responsibility for the front office of global derivatives and foreign exchange trading and the back office and systems for capital markets. Currently Mr. Sabloff serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Marquette National Corporation (a holding corporation) and Marquette Bank, and serves as a director of CoBank, Rural America’s Cooperative Bank in Denver. Mr. Sabloff graduated cum laude with a BA in Economics from Trinity College (Hartford, CT) and holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Paul Sallaberry

Mr. Sallaberry is an enterprise software industry veteran with extensive management experience in worldwide sales, marketing, technology and consultative services. As Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations for Veritas Software, he was responsible for defining strategy and managing operational activity that drove revenue to more than $1.5 billion. Prior to Veritas, Mr. Sallaberry worked at OpenVision Technologies, where he held positions as Senior Vice President of Sales and Senior Vice President of North American Operations leading up to the company’s acquisition by Veritas in 1997. He previously held a series of management positions at Oracle Corporation, including Vice President of Oracle’s Vertical Sales Division. Mr. Sallaberry serves on the Board of Directors for Dorado Software, Quest Software, and DolphinSearch. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis.

Frank Fanzilli

Mr. Fanzilli brings extensive IT experience to Calypso’s board. He was the Global Chief Information Officer and Managing Director of Information Technology at Credit Suisse First Boston and a member of the Credit Suisse Group IT Executive Board. During his 17 year tenure at CSFB, Mr. Fanzilli consolidated and integrated the bank’s extensive IT resources, managing over 4,000 IT professionals and $1.5B in spending. In addition, Mr. Fanzilli is a Venture Partner with Allegis Capital, and served as an outside director on the Board of PeopleSoft, through the sale of the company to Oracle in 2004. Mr. Fanzilli currently serves on the board of directors at Interwoven, where he is Lead Director as well as private companies CommVault and nLayers. He is a Venture Advisor to Venture Capital firms FOCUS Ventures and Partech International in California, and DawnTreader Ventures in New York. Mr. Fanzilli holds a Research Chair at the Robert Frances Group, a technology research firm, where he is the Senior Research Fellow and advisor to the Chairman and CEO. Mr. Fanzilli received a B.S. in Management, Cum Laude, from Fairfield University and an M.B.A in Finance, with Distinction, from New York University.
