The CORx™ System provides advanced circulatory support for coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), valve repair and replacement, and other cardiac procedures. The system addresses the issues associated with standard cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) by reducing foreign surface area contact with blood, minimizing or eliminating hemodilution and reducing air-to-blood interface. This is achieved through the unique integration of pumping, oxygenation and air removal into a single compact device.
