Eve Phillips, CEO

Eve co-founded Chirp after spending two years as a consumer technology investor at Greylock Partners. Prior to Greylock, Eve held a variety of operational roles at Trilogy, Microsoft and Zazzle, and technology investing roles at Vector Capital and Amadeus Capital Partners. Eve has an M.Eng and SB in Computer Science from MIT and an MBA from Stanford.

David Bill, CTO

Before co-founding Chirp, David spent several years directing technology strategy and innovation efforts for AOL/Time Warner after they acquired internet music pioneer Spinner.com where he was leading engineering efforts as CTO. Prior to Spinner, David managed technology groups at other groundbreaking startup companies such as The ImagiNation Network. David holds several patents and a doctorate in foosball.

Jeff Tidwell, Creative Director

Jeff is an online community pioneer with over 20 years of experience connecting regular people with compelling digital experiences across a variety of communities. In the financial arena, he both oversaw a vibrant community for E*TRADE and developed market research solutions tapping the voice of the consumer for MarketTools. In the medical sector, at WebMD, Jeff contributed to solving user experience challenges, advising the team responsible for the active online community, and launched professional blogs.
