Susan Bostrom, CMO

Susan L. Bostrom has been a director of the company since 2004. Howard Charney, Sr. Vice President

Howard Charney is Senior Vice President of Cisco Systems, Inc. and a member of Cisco's Office of the President and Executive Staff. Previous to his current position, Charney was senior vice president of the Small/Medium Business Line of Business at Cisco Systems. A well-established networking executive, he was the founder, president and CEO of Grand Junction Networks (the company that invented Fast Ethernet), which was acquired by Cisco in September 1995. He was also a member of the original founding team at 3Com. A sought-after orator, Charney frequently speaks with industry groups, customers, analysts and the press community on Cisco’s vision and strategy and the impact of the Internet on the way people work, live, play and learn. Charney earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Santa Clara University. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Federal Bar, and a licensed Patent Attorney.

Steve Martin, Sr Engineering Manager - WLAN

With more than 15 years of engineering experience in the networking industry with companies such as Airespace (acquired by Cisco Systems), 3Com and US Robotics Corporation, Steve is an expert in networking hardware and software design and development as well as life cycle product management. He is known for developing state-of-the-art wireless technologies and successfully bringing those technologies to market. Before joining Ruckus, Martin was an engineering executive within Cisco's wireless networking group. Prior to that, Martin was VP of hardware and engineering for Airespace. Additionally, Martin held several senior management positions with CommWorks Corporation which was acquired by UTStarcom in 2003. He holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Systems from DePaul University.

James Gibbons

James F. Gibbons received a B.S. degree at Northwestern University in 1953 and a Ph.D. from Stanford University in 1956. He was appointed Professor of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University in 1964. In 1983, Professor Gibbons was named Reid Weaver Dennis Professor of Electrical Engineering at Stanford. Gibbons then served as the Dean of the School of Engineering at Stanford from 1984 to 1996. Dr. Gibbons invented Tutored Video Instruction, which is widely used at Stanford and elsewhere for continuing education of engineers. He also founded SERA Learning Technologies, dedicated to solutions for pressing social problems, including the education of children of migrant farm workers and anger management for at-risk teens. Dr. Gibbons has served on several committees advising the Presidential Science Advisor during the Nixon, Reagan, Bush and Clinton administrations. In addition to being on the Board at Rosum, Gibbons is a member of the Board of Directors at Lockheed Martin and Cisco Systems. He is a fellow at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), the National Academy of Science(NAS), and the National Academy of Engineering(NAE).

Robert Puette

CEO of Puette Capital Management, Inc. (PCMI), a management consulting firm and investment company. Prior to forming PCMI in 2004, Mr. Puette was a partner with WK Technology Fund, a venture capital firm. Brian Halla

Cisco Appoints Brian L. Halla, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of National Semiconductor Corporation, To Its Board Of Directors
SAN JOSE, Calif., January 17, 2007 - Cisco today announced the appointment of Brian L. Halla, Chairman and CEO, National Semiconductor Corporation, to its board of directors effective January 17, 2007.

"We are delighted that Brian Halla has decided to join the Cisco board," said John Chambers, Chairman and CEO, Cisco. "Brian brings a wealth of international experience and a broad perspective, which will be beneficial to our long-term growth strategy and global expansion."

Halla, 60, served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of National from the time he joined National in May 1996 until the beginning of National's 2006 fiscal year. He is now Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of National. He came to National from LSI Logic Corporation where he was Executive Vice President of LSI Logic Products. He had also held positions at LSI Logic Corporation as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Microprocessor/DSP Products Group and Vice President and General Manager, Microprocessor Products Group. Prior to that, he was with Intel Corporation for 14 years, where his last position was Director of Marketing for Intel's Microcomputer Group. Mr. Halla currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Semiconductor Industry Association. Halla is a graduate of the University of Nebraska where he earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Roderick McGeary

Carol Bartz

Intel Names Carol Bartz of Autodesk
to Board of Directors
SANTA CLARA, Calif., Nov. 16, 2007 – Intel Corporation today announced that Carol Bartz, executive chairman of the board of Autodesk, Inc. has been elected to serve on Intel's board of directors. At the same time, the Intel board of directors expanded the size of the board from 11 to 12. Both actions are effective as of the next Intel board meeting in January.

"Carol Bartz brings significant industry experience, knowledge and insight to Intel's board," said Craig Barrett, Intel chairman. "We're extremely pleased to have Carol on our board and look forward to working with her and benefiting from her contributions."

Bartz, 59, served as chairman, president and CEO of Autodesk for 14 years. During her tenure, the company diversified its product line and grew revenues from $285 million to $1.5 billion in 2006. She previously held positions at Sun Microsystems, Digital Equipment Corporation and 3M Corporation. In addition to serving on the board of directors at Autodesk, Bartz also serves on the boards of Cisco Systems, Network Appliance, and the Foundation for the National Medals of Science and Technology.

Bartz holds an honors degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin.
