Thomas Bogan, Chairman of the Board

Thomas F. Bogan has served as a director since January 2003 and as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Citrix Systems, Inc since May 2005. Since 2004, Mr. Bogan has been a Partner at Greylock Partners, a venture capital firm. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Bogan served in a variety of positions with Rational Software Corporation, a software company acquired by IBM Corporation in 2003, including President and Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2003.

Mark Templeton, President, CEO, Director

Mark B. Templeton has served as President of the Citrix Systems since January 1998 and as Chief Executive Officer from June 2001 to the present. Mr. Templeton also served as Chief Executive Officer from January 1999 to June 2000 and as Senior Executive Officer from July 2000 to May 2001. He was elected to the Board of Directors in May 1998.

David Henshall, CFO, Sr. VP

David J. Henshall has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Citrix Systems, Inc since January 2006. From April 2003 to January 2006, Mr. Henshall served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Henshall served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary from 2002 to 2003, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer from 2001 to 2002, Treasurer from 1999 to 2001 and Assistant Treasurer from 1998 to 1999 for Rational Software Corporation, a software company acquired by IBM Corporation in 2003. Mr. Henshall is a member of the Board of Directors of AeA, a high-tech trade association.

Wesley Wasson, Sr. VP, CMO

Wes R. Wasson has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer of Citrix Systems since 2007. He was serving as Corporate Vice President, Worldwide Marketing of the company since September 2006. From August 2005 to September 2006, Mr. Wasson served as Vice President of the Company’s Application Networking Group. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wasson served as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at NetScaler, Inc., a corporation acquired by the Company in 2005. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Wasson served as Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of NetContinuum, an application security company based in Silicon Valley. He also held senior leadership roles at Sun Microsystems from 1999 to 2002 and at Network Associates from 1996 to 1999. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Biola University where he received the President’s Award as top overall graduate. He also earned a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix, graduating with top honors.

David Friedman, Sr. VP, HR & General Counsel, Secretary

David R. Friedman has served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, General Counsel and Secretary of Citrix Systems, Inc since April 2006. From October 2002 to April 2006, Mr. Friedman served as Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Friedman served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Clerk from 1999 to 2002 and Vice President, General Counsel and Clerk from 1998 to 1999 at Parametric Technology Corporation, a software company.

John Burris, Sr. VP, Worldwide Sales & Service

John C. Burris has served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services of Citrix Systems, Inc since January 2001. From July 1999 to January 2001, Mr. Burris served as Senior Vice President, Services. Prior to joining the company Mr. Burris was employed by Lucent Technologies, a publicly traded communications networks company, from 1994 to 1999 as Vice President and General Manager of the Gulf States region.

Brett Caine, Sr. VP, GM - Online Services Division

Brett M. Caine serves as Senior Vice President, General Manager - Online Services Division. Mr. Caine’s vision for delivering simpler, better capabilities for businesses to innovate and conduct business on the web is helping drive industry-wide momentum for ‘software-as-a-service’ and record performance for Citrix Online. Under his leadership and dedicated focus on meeting customers’ needs, revenues for the company’s suite of real-time on-demand access and collaboration services have grown more than 65% year-over-year since he joined in 2003, and the products are leaders in their categories, consistently winning awards for excellence. Previously, as head of sales for the Online Services Division, Caine developed a worldwide enterprise sales and alliance partner strategy, substantially increasing bookings, commitments and average deal sizes for the company’s flagship Citrix® GoToAssist®, Citrix® GoToMyPC® and Citrix® GoToMeeting® corporate products. Prior to joining Citrix Systems, Caine held numerous executive positions with leading software companies, including Openwave Systems, and Clarify, Inc.

Peter Levine, Sr. VP, GM - Virtualization & Management Division

Peter Levine is senior vice president and general manager of the Virtualization and Management Division for Citrix. He is responsible for the division’s revenue attainment, product management, business development and strategic direction. Levine joined Citrix in 2007 through the $500M acquisition of XenSource, the leading provider of enterprise-class virtualization solutions based on the open source Xen® hypervisor, where he served as chief executive officer. Under Levine’s leadership, XenSource introduced the XenServer product family including the OEM edition, signed strategic business agreements with such companies as Microsoft and Symantec, and quickly acquired more than 1,000 enterprise customers worldwide. Prior to XenSource, he was a managing director at the Mayfield Fund, where he spent three years investing in a variety of software companies including Mendocino Software, Centrify, Zenprise, TrueDemand, OuterBay (acquired by HP), and Actona, (acquired by Cisco). Before joining Mayfield, Levine was an early employee of VERITAS Software and during his 11-year tenure with the company, helped to grow the organization from no revenue to more than $1.5B, and from 20 employees to more than 6,000. By the time he left VERITAS in 2001, Levine was executive vice president for Strategic and Platform Operations. responsible for worldwide marketing, OEM sales, business development (M&A, venture fund), and several new product and platform development groups. Prior to VERITAS,he was a software engineer at MIT’s Project Athena, where he worked on a variety of distributed computing projects. Levine holds a BS in engineering from Boston University and attended the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Stefan Sjostrom, VP, EMEA Sales and General Manager

Stefan Sjostrom has served as Vice President, EMEA (i.e., Europe, Middle East and Africa) Sales and General Manager of Citrix Systems, Inc since March 2001. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Sjöström served as Managing Director and Vice President of BSDi EMEA Ltd., a software company, from April 2000 to February 2001. From November 1998 to April 2000, Mr. Sjöström was Managing Partner of CMHS Management Consulting, a consulting firm.
