CodeGear, a subsidiary of Borland Software, is a new organization that will be 100% dedicated to the developer tools market, providing innovative products that maximize individual developer productivity. We expect to become a wholly-owned subsidiary by the end of 2007 and will operate independently of Borland with our own brand, management team, R&D organization, sales and marketing strategy, and a separate global operating infrastructure. Our mission is to continue to build the tools that developers need to get the job done as creatively and efficiently as possible and to create a place where developers come first. We have an extremely talented team of enthusiastic and experienced individuals who are dedicated to the developer community and finding new ways of serving this very important market. We currently have four primary product lines formerly associated with Borland’s Integrated Development Environment (IDE) business.
