You can post complaints and comments on other complaints and also view other complaints. The complaints are first checked for spam manually before they go live. We constantly monitor the complaints and check whether resolution has been achieved by both the parties or not.
We try out best to contact the respective companies to inform them of the complaints posted against them. Our endeavor is to connect complainants with companies so that resolution can be achieved.
