Magid M. Abraham, President, CEO, Co-Founder
Dr. Magid Abraham is president, CEO and co-founder of comScore, Inc. He is particularly focused on product development, business strategy and maintaining comScore’s industry leadership. Prior to co-founding comScore, Dr. Abraham was founder and CEO of Paragren Technologies, Inc., which specialized in delivering large scale Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) systems for strategic and target marketing. Paragren is now part of Siebel Systems.
Before founding Paragren, Dr. Abraham was president and COO of Information Resources, Inc., a major international research company, which he led through a period of rapid growth in revenues, market share and profit. Throughout his IRI career, Dr. Abraham has been a prolific innovator who designed a number of pioneering marketing applications that became standards of CPG marketing practice.
Dr. Abraham is a widely recognized expert on market research, consumer modeling and innovative information solutions. He has authored several articles in the Harvard Business Review and Marketing Science. In 2009 he received the AMA’s Parlin Award, a preeminent national honor recognizing one individual annually who has demonstrated “outstanding leadership and sustained impact on advancing the evolving profession of marketing research over an extended period of time.” He has received the Paul Green award by the American Marketing Association (AMA) for the "best article that shows or demonstrates the most potential to contribute to the practice of marketing research and research in marketing," and the AMA’s William F. O’Dell Award for an article “that has made the most significant long-term contribution to the marketing discipline.”
Gian M. Fulgoni, Executive Chairman, Co-Founder
Gian Fulgoni is executive chairman and co-founder of comScore, Inc. Mr. Fulgoni brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to the comScore team. From 1981 to 1998 he served as president and CEO of Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), the international market research company, where he grew the firm’s revenues at an annual compound rate of 40 percent to levels in excess of $500 million per year. In 1996, IRI was recognized by Advertising Age as the largest U.S. market research company.
Long involved with the growth of hugely successful technology businesses, Mr. Fulgoni served on the boards of U.S. Robotics, Platinum Technology and YesMail.com prior to their respective acquisitions by 3Com, Computer Associates and CMGI in multi-billion dollar transactions. Today, Mr. Fulgoni serves on the boards of PetMed Express (NASDAQ:PETS), the country's leading pet pharmacy, and The Advertising Research Foundation.
Mr. Fulgoni has been the recipient of numerous industry awards: In 1991 and again in 2004, Mr. Fulgoni was named Illinois Entrepreneur of the Year, the only person to have twice received that honor. In 1991, he received the Wall Street Transcript Award for outstanding contributions as CEO in enhancing the overall value of IRI to the benefit of its shareholders. In 2008, Mr. Fulgoni was inducted into the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame, joining such luminaries as Leonard Lavin, founder of Alberto Culver and Gordon Segal, founder of Crate & Barrel. Also in 2008, Mr. Fulgoni was named an Ernst & Young® Entrepreneur of the Year.
Educated in the U.K., Mr. Fulgoni holds a master’s degree in Marketing and a B.S. in Physics.
Kenneth Tarpey, CFO
Kenneth Tarpey is comScore’s chief financial officer. Mr. Tarpey brings to comScore more than 25 years of financial leadership and expertise directing strategic and operational financial programs for public and private technology companies.
Most recently, Mr. Tarpey served as CFO of ObjectVideo, Inc., a venture-backed provider of video surveillance software, where he strengthened the financial organization to support the company’s growth. Prior to ObjectVideo, Mr. Tarpey was CFO of Ai Metrix, a network optimization software company. Mr. Tarpey also served as CFO at Proxicom, where he led the company through a successful IPO and its eventual sale to Dimension Data. Before Proxicom, Mr. Tarpey was CFO at NatSystems, a provider of software development tools. Mr. Tarpey previously served as CFO of SQA, where he also directed a successful initial public offering. Mr. Tarpey began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Tarpey has been recognized for his expertise in leading financial strategy and growth and in 2000 was named “Chief Financial Officer of the Year” by the Greater Washington D.C. Technology Council. Mr. Tarpey is affiliated with numerous organizations, including the CFO Forum sponsored by the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Financial Executives Institute.
Mr. Tarpey earned his MBA from Babson College, and his B.A. from The College of the Holy Cross.

Jeffery Ganek
Jeffrey Ganek has been chairman and chief executive officer of NeuStar, Inc., a company that provides clearinghouse services to the telecommunications industry, since December 1999. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Ganek was senior vice president and managing director of Communications Industry Services at Lockheed Martin. The Communications Industry Services group of Lockheed Martin was acquired from Lockheed Martin in 1999 to form NeuStar. From 1993 to 1995, he was vice president, Asia Operations for Global TeleSystems Group, a communications service provider in Europe and Asia.
Previously, Mr. Ganek was vice president of marketing at GTE Spacenet, director of marketing and corporate development at MCI Communications Corporation, and held various positions at AT&T.
Mr. Ganek holds an M.S. in Public Policy and Management and a B.S. in Economics from Carnegie-Mellon University.
