Our core business is live crowd analytics. This means monitoring crowded places and automatically generating real-time insights into the crowd as it develops – how many people are present, how they are distributed, how they are moving, how they may move next – and whether anything strange is going on. The ability to understand the ‘crowd as creature’ in real-time sets Crowd Vision apart from other video analytics solutions. Beyond real-time situational awareness for operations staff, we also analyse crowd characteristics over extended periods of time to help the planners and managers of crowded locations adapt and improve.
