Richard Rosenblatt, Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO

Richard Rosenblatt is a leading Internet pioneer and executive who has built, operated and sold over 1.3 billion dollars of Internet media companies. Most recently, Mr. Rosenblatt served as Chief Executive Officer of Intermix Media, Inc. (Amex: MIX) and Chairman of the Board of Myspace.com. Joining Intermix in March 2004, Mr. Rosenblatt led a successful turn-around of its existing business, actively growing Myspace.com from an unknown web site to one of the most popular properties on the Internet, developed a number of new Internet media properties, and significantly increased shareholder value. During Mr. Rosenblatt's eighteen months as CEO of Intermix, it's public market capitalization grew from approximately $70 million to over $650 million when it was acquired by News Corporation (NYSE: NWS). Intermix grew to over 350 employees, a $125 million per year revenue run rate (up from $60 million when he joined) and became profitable.

Six years prior, Mr. Rosenblatt successfully sold iMALL (NASDAQ: iMAL), a company he founded and served as Chairman and CEO, to Excite@Home (NASDAQ: ATHM) for $565 million. In addition to these two public Internet companies, Mr. Rosenblatt was actively involved in a number of private internet companies. In late 1999, he became the founding investor of GreatDomains, a company which created the leading secondary marketplace for domain names. As Vice Chairman, he actively recruited executives, raised strategic capital, and helped negotiate the sale of GreatDomains to Verisign (NASDAQ: VRSN) in October 2000 for $100 million.
