With synthetic monitoring agents strategically located in international markets and on major IP backbones, Dotcom-Monitor continuously simulates real-user Internet connections and transactions, and provides instantaneous alerts on issues that affect accessibility, availability and performance.
As an independent monitoring service, Dotcom-Monitor provides a critical foundation for managing and reporting on service-level agreements (SLAs) for both internal IT resources and third-party providers.
Dotcom-Monitor is user-configurable. It is administered and deployed through an Internet browser. There is no additional hardware or software required.
