ExploraMed provides expertise, intellectual property and capital to new ideas which match certain key fundamental criteria and focuses on developing these opportunities in an efficient and timely manner. Our primary mission is to create new medical technologies and businesses which improve the lives of patients and create value for our customers and shareholders. ExploraMed I created two medical device companies, EndoMatrix Inc., and TransVascular Inc. EndoMatrix was created to develop a novel approach towards tissue bulking in incontinence and GI Reflux, and was acquired by C.R. Bard, Inc. in 1997.
