In the early phases of a construction project, FASTTAC Bid™ would be used to manage a contract bid process. Later a General Contractor, Sub-contractors and Architects would use FASTTAC DCMS™ to manage the construction process, ensuring that everyone on a project is always working from the latest set of documents with the latest markups from anyone on the team. Finally the owner and/or facility manager would use FASTTAC DCMS™ in maintenance mode starting from the as-builts created through the construction process and working forward capturing all issues as they occur, ensuring a permanent record.
