I couldn’t be more excited about the world today. Humans continue to achieve great feats and grow by leaps and bounds. Technology is optimizing everything that we do, from making stock trades to shopping for groceries to caring for our children.
However, I’m not as excited about the way companies treat their customers. Their processes are old, outdated, and arguably defunct. Long wait times, canned responses, and poorly automated systems have become the norm.
