Intrago Corporation is a cleantech start-up specializing in green transportation solutions that enhance personal local mobility: short journeys ranging from a few city blocks to several miles. The company’s first commercial product reduces pollution, traffic jams and parking hunts. It increases personal convenience and makes life more affordable. It works in both the developed and developing worlds.
Intrago systems are a global network of self-service “vending machines” that provide local vehicles for short trips that are “too far to walk and too close to drive”. When users reach their destination, they return the vehicle to a conveniently located station.
While the LVOD systems are Intrago’s first product, they do not reflect the spectrum of technologies the company will develop. Intrago will be a leader in the movement towards Mobility On Demand, which will replace the unsustainable one-person, one-car paradigm with new ways for consumers to get where they want, when they want.«Less
