Anand Jagannathan, Founder, President & CEO

Anand Jagannathan is an experienced start-up CEO and technologist who has successfully founded and launched three companies. Kriyari is his fourth company. Anand's first company was Banyan Systems one of the market leaders in enterprise networking. Anand is credited with coming up with the original vision and leading the product direction. Anand's second company was Reach Software, a pioneer in peer to peer workflow. His last company is Responsys Inc., which is a market leader in delivering interactive and lifecycle marketing solutions to leading edge online marketers. Anand started his career at AT&T Bell laboratories where he was the architect for a new generation of micro-processor solutions. Anand holds three patents with more in process at Kriyari. Anand has a Ph.D. and M.S. from Rice University (Houston, Texas), and a B.S. from the Indian Institute of Technology, (Kanpur).

Shabd Vaid, Co-founder, Vice President, Engineering & Operations

Shabd is responsible for product architecture, engineering management and data center operations for the Kriyari merchandising network. Shabd was most recently Director of Engineering at Responsys Inc., where he managed software development. His expertise is in the design and deployment of highly scalable web centric application services. Prior to Responsys, Shabd was a lead software engineer at Intel and before that was a software engineer at ABC Technologies (now part of SAS). He started his career at Newgen Software Technologies. Shabd has a Masters Degree in Computers from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow, India.

Paul Kaye, Vice President, Sales & Business Development

Paul is responsible for recruiting and managing publishers and advertisers for the Kriyari merchandising network. Paul comes to Kriyari with nearly 10 years of Business Development and Sales management experience in online shopping. Early in 1998, as the 2nd employee and Director of Sales at mySimon.com, he grew revenues from $0 to over $15 million annually within 3 years, when it was acquired by CNET Networks. From there, as National Sales Director for Epinions.com (which later became Shopping.com), he built sales strategy and grew revenues and helped that company position itself for a successful IPO in 2004 (which was later acquired by eBay). He has since held other senior management positions, most recently at TheFind.com as VP of Sales. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Neng Bing Doh, Director, Product Management & Marketing

Bing is responsible for developing compelling user experiences that drive transactions across Kriyari's multi-channel merchandising network. Prior to Kriyari, Bing was Director of Display Media at Netblue, a leader in online customer acquisitions. In that role, she spearheaded product marketing, business development and operations for a multi-million dollar monthly media business. Bing also comes with a deep understanding of Affiliate Marketing. Earlier, Bing held positions in software engineering and product management at Macromedia and Hewlett Packard, giving her a unique blend of experience across technology and marketing. Bing holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, where she was an SC Johnson Merit Scholar.
