The concept was born out of my frustration as a consumer. I would look at dozens of websites and newspapers for the best things to do and not know whether my choice would be good or bad. I realized then, that most people wouldn’t go to these measures and would either take the advice of someone they trusted or just settle for whatever they happened to stumble upon. Sometimes they would get something great and others they would regret they ever left the house.
