Komli is about innovation and client service in the online advertising space. That might sound broad, but we think it helps us focus on what matters. We drive ourselves every day to build innovative online products and services for our customers and then work to make our customers happy as they use them. We try not to be a me-too company, doing the same thing as everyone else.

This also carries over to our internal workings as well. We want to be innovative for our whole team. We try to do things a little differently at work too, so people can be successful in their life outside of work and their work life. For example, if you need to go running at 3pm go run! If you need to start work at 10:30am because you’re not a morning person start work at 10:30am. We offer unlimited vacation (you know when you’re ready for a break) and every employee in our company receives health care and stock options.
