After all, it is the young who will one day be the drivers of a strong Korea in information and telecommunications. The government has begun support programs for youth, accordingly, but there is much more needed in organizational support for children from low-income families and the poor. It is here that KTF IT Rooms support initiative has been of help since it was put into action since 2003. The program selects and provides support for study areas for children from low-income families. These facilities lack financial support and the capacity to upgrade them. |
