MeetingWave.com is a free patented online tool for networking off-line for business or social purposes allowing its members to set up face-to-face networking meetings that are open to people they have never met. Using MeetingWave, you can organize in-person meetings with new people by following the site's Public Invite process:
(i). Post a “Public Invite” describing who you'd like to meet or the purpose of the meeting, whether it’s coffee, lunch, drinks, golf or some other activity.
(ii). You'll be notified by email when someone accepts your Invite.
(iii). You can approve or decline anyone’s acceptance for any reason - it's entirely up to you. The other people will be notified of your decision. Approve at least one acceptance, and your meeting is on!
Members can post Invites to meet new clients, find a new job or opportunity, network with others in their industry, recruit new team members, or make new contacts. US Patents 6,963,900 and 7,483,946 with improv pats pending.«Less

| Description: | MeetingWave.com helps members meet new people for business or social purposes, while providing control, privacy and flexibility. Members can propose meetings in person (e.g., coffee, lunch, golf...) or virtually (e.g., Skype, teleconference,...), and control who attends and whether the meeting occurs. What’s MeetingWave’s value to you? Think of MeetingWave as creating immediate opportunities for you to be contacted by a potential employer or client to have lunch – without you ever having to disclose your contact information or identity. You can ignore or decline, without ever revealing who you are. MeetingWave is all about bringing immediate opportunities to you to meet new people, while giving you control, privacy and flexibility in deciding who you ultimately meet. Small business owners, entrepreneurs, freelancers, consultants, attorneys, real estate professionals, recruiters, job seekers, financial planners, and others are posting invites to meet new clients or customers, find team members or jobs, make new business contacts or form support groups. MeetingWave Features: * Control when and where you meet and whether the meeting occurs. * Control who you meet and when to disclose your identity. Meetings are only confirmed if the member who posted the invite approves at least one acceptance from another member. Otherwise, there's no obligation to have the meeting. That is, when you post an invite, you are never committing to a meeting until someone accepts and you approve. Members can communicate with other members using double-blind messaging to confirm and facilitate meetings without disclosing their identity or contact information. Members can post single date invites or recurring invites (e.g., daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly). |
