Mover is a cloud service for software developers to build and scale applications that need to move big data between clouds. Mover provides single powerful yet simple API that developers can integrate once in order to access dozens of cloud storage providers. No longer do developers need to become experts in how to integrate Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, S3, SkyDrive, FTP, etc. because they can now rely on Mover to handle the heavy lifting.

Mover was founded by Eric Warnke and Mark Fossen because they needed a tool to move their files and data between online services. It started as a side-project, called Backup Box, and was built out of necessity to solve their own problems. As it turned out, there were a lot of people who also had similar aggravations.
