Sean Knapp, Co-Founder & President of Technology

Co-founder Sean Knapp serves as the President of Technology overseeing all engineering at Ooyala. Sean came from Google where he developed and launched iGoogle. Sean built out the web search team which was responsible for a billion dollar revenue increase. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. from Stanford University.

Belsasar Lepe, Co-Founder & Lead Engineer

Co-founder Belsasar Lepe serves as Lead Engineer for Ooyala, directing the Infrastructure and Video Processing teams. Belsasar came from Google, where he worked as a Systems Engineer. He studied Computer Science at Stanford University.

Brian Morris, VP of Finance

Bryan Morris serves as Ooyala's Vice President of Finance and is responsible for all its financial and administrative operations. Bryan brings to Ooyala over 13 years of experience in both private and public companies. Most recently, he served as VP Finance for HyperRoll, a privately held software company. Prior to HyperRoll, he held senior finance positions with Telik, QuantumShift and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Bryan is a CPA and earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Sean St. Clair, Director of Strategic Partnerships

Jay Fulcher, CEO

Jay comes to Ooyala with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the software industry in which he has held a variety of senior executive positions with market-leading companies such as Agile Software (now Oracle), PeopleSoft, Red Pepper and SAP. Jay's background positions him to drive Ooyala's strategic vision and operational execution. Jay also sits on the Ooyala Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Ooyala, Jay was President & CEO at Agile Software. Jay helped establish Agile as a market leader with over 11,000 customers and spurred it to become the fastest growing product lifecycle management (PLM) company in the industry. Prior to Agile, Jay spent five years at PeopleSoft where he led the transformation of PeopleSoft's $1+B global services organization after being President of its $400 million Products Division. Earlier in his career, Jay spent several years as SVP of worldwide sales and marketing at Red Pepper Software and as Regional Vice President at SAP.

Jay is a graduate of San Jose State University where he currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Lucas Graduate School and College of Business.

Bismarck Lepe

Co-founder Bismarck Lepe serves as Ooyala's Chief Executive Officer driving product vision and business development. Bismarck came from Google where he was a Senior Product Manager guiding the development of content monetization products for AdSense, Social Networks and Online Video. At Google, he deployed display advertising for the $900 million Google-MySpace deal and the YouTube Video Monetization product. He has a B.A. from Stanford University.
