Localization plan and launch 3. Post-launch operations 4. Operational excellence Once we are convinced that there is a clear European expansion opportunity, we will present the opportunity to our local business partners in Europe, seeking to gauge support early in the process. Our goal is to optimize our own time as well as the time of all partners involved, to make the best investment decisions while minimizing disruption to company founders/executives. The localization plan always covers the following four areas: technology, marketing, sales and operations. In each of these areas Orange Dogs will be responsible for the localization and will work closely together with our local partners such as our preferred media companies, software development teams and recruiting firms. For each area this implementation plan includes strict targets for the period up to commercial launch and the period after commercial launch. Orange Dogs will be heavily involved, at least during the initial 6 months after launch, to make sure the agreed upon strategy and roll-out is secured. Although local management should be able to run the day-to-day operations of the venture, Orange Dogs will also remain involved after the initial operational phase on a non-executive basis and will remain the liaison between all partners involved in the venture.
