The founder, during her senior year in college, always forgot to call her beautician at a reasonable hour. No beautician, no matter how much they enjoy their clients, wants a phone call at 2:30am to schedule an appointment.
With that, she set out to make phone tag, overflowing voicemails, and appointments on awkward days at inconvenient times a thing of the past.
