Rohin Dhar, co-founder

Prior to Personforce, Rohin was a management consultant at Oliver Wyman and Mercer Management Consulting, where he focused on sales force and marketing strategy. He has worked in business development at LumaSense Technologies and as a venture analyst at Allen & Buckeridge. Rohin has an MBA from Stanford University, and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College with a degree in economics.

Atif Mumtaz, co-founder

Atif is a serial entrepreneur developing solutions in the Web & Enterprise 2.0 domain. Prior to Personforce, in 2002, he successfully launched an Internet startup, Cogilent Solutions (www.cogilent.com) which currently runs and manages the largest job hunt portal in Pakistan (an enterprise 2.0 application) called, BrightSpyre (www.BrightSpyre.com).

He has received numerous awards including "Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2004" Tameer Award from Shell Oil and DHL YES Award for "Young Social Entrepreneur, 2007". Atif was a Reuters Digital Vision Fellow at Stanford University in 2006 where he focused his studies on social entrepreneurship.
