File Manager is ideal for companies that: * Need more efficient access to tax documents * Require audit trails and document controls not supported by the Windows file system and other storage systems * Don’t want to be saddled with configuring and managing a large, enterprise-wide document management system File Manager enables tax to create a central repository of all critical tax documents that can quickly and easily be retrieved to support the entire tax lifecycle—from planning through audits. It is easy to set up, intuitive to use, and because Planitax enables you to subscribe to the software, it requires minimal IT resources and support. Once up and running, File Manager supports critical tax and regulatory requirements that are required for Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory compliance and internal controls. Furthermore, it is integrated with the other modules in the Horizons suite enabling efficient document access and sharing for processes such as entity and audit management.
