Founded by former Microsoft employee Marcelo Calbucci, Sampa lets people create their own websites and blogs for free. The company’s main goal is to help individuals, small businesses, and anyone in between to build and maintain a personal website. Sampa distinguishes itself by focusing less on webpage layout (which can be changed with different their templates) and more on adding diverse webpage content. It does by letting you add modules to your website to embed features and applets for blogging, photos, YouTube, Amazon, and more. Sampa also recently added a feature which allows users to manage their personalized pages through Facebook.
