When you boil SkyBlox down to its essence, what you get is the magic that makes neighborhoods special. We are the kind of folks who would rather take a bunch of back roads to get somewhere rather than the main road. There’s something special about the corner hardware store that has been there since the 1950s. The kid’s lemonade stand down the street. A “lost dog” sign stapled to a telephone pole. The neighborhood restaurant owner who knows your name. The Friday night wine tasting a few streets over. Our neighborhoods are a big part of what makes life worth living.
With all this in mind, a few key folks from EarthLink’s Wi-Fi team got together to form SkyBlox. What you see on the site now is just a small taste of what we will offer over the next year. The SkyBlox team is dedicated to helping communities have a voice and giving local businesses the same wireless technology and Internet voice that only national chains are able to offer.
