Service Central is an online marketplace that matches consumer job requests with contractors available to complete the work.

Service Central revolutionizes the traditional process of finding home services by asking the consumer once what they require and having the right local service providers contact the consumer back.

This saves the consumer the time and effort of ringing from a list of contractors found in the traditional online directories. It also introduces quality controls into the process so that unqualified tradespeople, or those that provide poor customer service are not notified of the work.

Service Central is also extremely popular with contractors as it helps them manage their workflow. Rather than having to take inbound calls from consumers that may not suit their business, Service Central enables local businesses to pick and choose the jobs they have the time and capacity to complete.
