Silecs develops electronic chemical products specifically designed to meet the advanced requirements of the semiconductor industry, leveraging an extensive portfolio of patent pending precursor and synthesis technologies. Our application engineering strength allows us to rapidly introduce new products into customers’ semiconductor processes. Currently, Silecs is focused on the development and commercialization of low-k dielectric materials for advanced interconnect applications. These materials will allow integrated circuit (IC) device manufacturers to produce faster chips that consume less power, while greatly reducing their capital expenditures and cost of ownership. Introduction of low-k dielectric materials into IC manufacturing remains one of the semiconductor industry’s top priorities.
