Yury Uskov, CEO

From the time CPS Labs was first founded I am in charge of the Business Development, company R&D activities, finding new talents for CPS Labs and fostering their professional qualities.

I believe that a significant, perhaps a main part of our business is the creative abilities and professional skills of our team. Our bright and ambitious guys are always at the cutting edge of information technology. Having a strong team we feel capable of most challenging projects in IT, and this is the key competitive advantage of our business.

I also teach programming at the Mari State Technical University. I give students an understanding of software engineering essence and guide them into a world of modern information technologies. Working with young promising individuals is very interesting for me.

At CPS Labs we do the best we can to provide our team with excellent working conditions, supply them with tricky tasks where gifted developers could express themselves. We offer jobs in a friendly, enthusiastic and highly professional environment. I am very happy that every single day I have this opportunity to make contributions into the lives of each of them, help them implement their ideas, not only to become world class specialists but also fulfilled successful people. And I am positive about their future.

Slava Uskov, Project Manager

Watch out for Slava. If the team isn't getting work done or having fun, he'll whip 'em into shape. Kidding aside, this guy is serious about creating outstanding software. He takes care of user interface elaboration, project planning, and process coordination.

Taking an interest in programming as a young boy, Slava grew up to be the talented engineer he is today. He loves a challenge where he has to rack his brain to find the solution. He handles whatever tasks we throw his way even those related to data collection and processing, databases, web applications, and server applications.

Alexander Krivolapov, Senior Engineer

Alexander can create a software masterpiece on the client-side using Flash, Flex, Ajax, PHP, .NET, MySQL, JavaScript, and other alphabet soup. He can do all this within a few hours, too! His love for computers drove him to major in computer science at the university. Ever the artist, Alexander entered the university's annual programming contests and won a couple of times!

He works to build software that runs smoothly and with no errors. Alexander likes the informal and supportive atmosphere that comes with being on the SlideBoom team. He has built strong friendships thanks to teamwork.
