Social Rewards is a social media based loyalty marketing program that rewards a brand’s consumers with loyalty points for engaging in social media activity such as brand mentions via Twitter and Facebook Likes and fan activity, Foursquare check-ins and YouTube video engagement. SR has built a ‘bank’ whereas points may be earned, deposited, redeemed and transferred.
The core technology of Social Rewards is our ability to track ROI from Social Media via a tracking URL. This allows us to track brand messages and engagement throughout the lifecycle of a tweet or Facebook post – all the way to sales conversion via a tracking pixel placed on the client’s ‘thank you’ page where additional points are awarded for sales conversions providing additional incentive.
