We quickly realized that most of our members were interested in nutrition, fitness, and health goals so we quickly became a nutrition and fitness site in 2002. We quickly realized that most of our members were interested in nutrition, fitness, and health goals so we quickly became a nutrition and fitness site in 2002. As we added premium tools like our meal planner and fitness tracker we became a paid subscription site. However, in 2005 we decided to become 100% free, and still offered ALL of our tools and resources for free.
