Start My Song is a great place for songwriters to showcase their new music to the world. Artists can post demos, lyrics, beats and melodies to the site for review. Music Industry members, other artists, and music fans can then browse the material and rank the music to their liking using the Gold Record Ranking system. The top 30 new songs on Start My Song are displayed on the home page SMS TOP 30. Arists are able to create a profile where they can set links to other websites where their music and information may also be displayed. Artists can be contacted through the site to allow for collaboration between artists or to let music industry members discuss song purchases or contracts.
