  With 370 enterprise-class customers, I would hardly characterize StrongMail's reputation as 'screwing customers.' Are you a customer?

  Can you site a few concrete examples? For a company to have a bad/good reputation, a familiar theme must occur repeatedly. Otherwise, your opinion is utterly useless, and at best, personal and one-sided.

  rltw, I can cite 394 concrete examples. Our customers do the talking. Which one of them would you like to speak to? Charles Schwab? Dow Jones? TicketMaster? Zappos? Pick one, then post what they they say, using your name and affiliation.
