The idea for Tango came about in September 2009 when company founders Uri Raz and Eric Setton both had personal problems to solve – how to easily stay connected with their family and friends who lived overseas.
Uri’s personal mission was to keep his family together as they lived in different parts of the world including a daughter who is away at college. Eric’s personal mission was to find a way for his family to stay connected to his newborn daughter. They wanted to have a way to communicate and feel connected when they couldn’t be together in person.
