Teksavers was founded during the demise of the dot.com era. Primarily focusing on equipment buyouts from failed dotcoms, Teksavers quickly established itself as one of the largest I.T. equipment buyers and resellers in only it's first two years of operations.

The upturn of the economy and the subsequent slowdown in failed dotcoms presented a major challenge for the continued growth of Teksavers.
