Since 1977, The Bryan Company has developed, sold, and leased a variety of property types in the Mid-South of the United States. Led by Chief Executive Officer Steve Bryan, the firm has received recognition throughout the years. In 1994, Mississippi magazine named a Bryan project the publication’s Premier House. Around the same time, Builder magazine gave The Bryan Company a Builder’s Choice Merit Award. For many years, the firm has held the distinction of being top multifamily construction enterprise in the region. The company has completed projects in numerous states, including Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
The Bryan Company comprises multiple divisions, including property management and construction. The latter organization has built a range of structures since its founding more than 30 years ago. These include more than 400,000 square feet of office space and 9,000 single- and multifamily homes.
