Tower Cloud is focused on providing reliable and cost efficient mobile backhaul services to wireless carriers nationally. Backhaul is defined as the transport of voice, video and data between the cell site and the carriers’ mobile switching centers (MSC). Tower Cloud’s innovative design delivers end-to-end SONet and Ethernet solutions from cell sites to the mobile switching center using highly reliable fiber and licensed microwave technologies.

Today a small percentage of cell sites are serviced by fiber. With the roll-out of 3G and 4G wireless as well as the escalation in widespread adoption of mobile data services, including text messaging, email, Internet, gaming and video services, there is an urgent need to upgrade these backhaul networks. Tower Cloud specializes in solving these network challenges to enable wireless operators to raise the business performance and quality of their networks while reducing unit costs.
