Vindicia was founded in 2003 to address the need for an on-demand subscription billing and chargeback management solution for online merchants. Over the past years, Vindicia has broadened its capabilities to support a wide variety of business models, from subscriptions to micropayments to freemium, and supporting merchants who need virtual currency as well as usage-based billing. In addition, Vindicia has built in key fraud management capabilities that span fraud screening and chargeback management to maximize both subscription and one-time billing success.
