| Description: | The VT Silicon VTS-2500 & VTS-3500 are the world's first SiGe WiMax PAs and exhibit the broadest band performance of any competing PA IC (output power, linearity, and efficiency). The VTS-2500 operates at 3.3V and covers the 2.3-2.7 GHz band for nomadic WiMax application. The VTS-2550 also operates at 3.3V and covers the 2.5-2.7GHz band and is designed for mobile WiMax applications. The VTS-3500 and VTS-3550 operate at 3.3V and cover the 3.3 – 3.8GHz band for nomadic and mobile WiMax application. The 3.3V operation allows the devices to be used in WiMax applications without the need for additional power management circuitry. VT Silicon's proprietary LET™ linearization technology enables our PA products to provide unparalleled performance in a low cost, high performance product. |
