Xradia develops and markets nondestructive high-resolution x-ray imaging microscopes for the semiconductor IC and MEMS industries. The company has generated a powerful portfolio of intellectual property including innovative imaging concepts and key optical components, and successfully developed the first table top x-ray microscope with sub-100 nm resolution for shipment to a major semiconductor manufacturer in June 2002. The company is also developing innovative technologies for metrology and inspection tools for semiconductor IC fabrication. Xradia is emerging as a leader in x-ray microscopy and in applications where more complex and expensive solutions such as SEM and FIB have dominated.
