Steven Haley, President/COO
Steven Haley joined the Intelliden Board of Directors in January 2002. Previously, Mr. Haley was the former founding Executive Officer and Vice President of Worldwide Operations, Sales and Service for Juniper Networks. Prior to joining Juniper Networks, Mr. Haley was Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Telco/Service Providers and Vice President, Sales for WAN Products at Cisco Systems. Prior to Cisco Systems, Mr. Haley spent nearly seven years in Managing Director, GM and VP roles with StrataCom (acquired by Cisco). Mr. Haley attended Boston College and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he earned his degree in business.

Mark Leslie
Mark Leslie is the managing director of Leslie Ventures, a private investment company, in addition to his work as a lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Mark was the founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of VERITAS Software. During his tenure as Chief Executive Officer, the company went from 12 employees to 5,500 employees deployed globally, and from a revenue base of $95,000 per year to $1.5 billion per year. In 2000 VERITAS was the tenth largest independent software company by revenue, third largest by market capitalization, and achieved the distinction of becoming a Fortune 1000 company. Prior to VERITAS, Mark served as President and Chief Executive Officer of two Silicon Valley high-tech start up companies and has experience in both engineering and sales in the computer industry.
Mark currently serves on the boards of Network Appliance and a number of privately held high technology corporations, including Cassatt Software, db4objects, Model N Software, SugarCRM and Xsigo Corporation. He also serves on the board of Overseers for the New York University Faculty of Arts and Sciences and is the Chairman of the New York University Science Advisory Board.
Mark received a Bachelor of Arts degree in physics and mathematics from New York University and completed Harvard Business School's program for management development.
Ray Lane
Ray Lane is general partner at venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. Since joining KPCB in 2000, Ray has sponsored several of the firm’s investments aimed at improving enterprise productivity. He sits on the boards of privately-held companies Elance, Valdero, Metamatrix, Virsa, Visible Path and two other ventures, and serves on the boards of public companies Quest Software and SeeBeyond Technologies. Before joining KPCB, Ray was president and chief operating officer of Oracle Corporation, where he led Oracle’s business expansion beyond its core database technology into enterprise applications and professional services. Sales grew from $1 billion to $10 billion during his tenure. Prior to Oracle, Ray was a senior partner with Booz-Allen & Hamilton, and served on its board of directors and executive management committee. Previously, he worked at Electronic Data Systems Corp (EDS), and IBM.
Ray received a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and an honorary Ph.D. in science from West Virginia University (WVU), and an honorary Ph.D. from Golden Gate University. Ray serves on the board of trustees of Carnegie Mellon University, and as vice chairman of Special Olympics International.
Marcel Gani
Marcel Gani joined Juniper Networks as Chief Financial Officer in February 1997 and became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July 2002. From January 1996 to January 1997, Mr. Gani served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NVIDIA Corporation, a 3D graphic processor company. Mr. Gani also held the positions of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Grand Junction Networks, a data networking company acquired by Cisco Systems, Inc., from March 1995 to January 1996, and at Primary Access Corporation, a data networking company acquired by 3Com Corporation, from March 1993 to March 1995. Mr. Gani holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
Frank Vitagliano
rank joined Juniper Networks in March 2006 as Vice President of WW Channels and in July 2006 assumed his current position as Senior Vice President of WW Channels and U.S. Enterprise Operations. In this role, Frank has responsibility for Juniper’s WW Channel organization and all sales to U.S. Enterprise customers.
Prior to joining Juniper, Frank started with IBM in 1973 and spent the early stages of his career in a number of assignments, ranging from Business Operations to Sales Management in both the Enterprise and Channel organizations.. In 1994 he was named Director of Channel Marketing for the IBM Personal Computer Company and held that position until 1996 when he was named Vice President 0f WW Fulfillment Operations. In 2000 Frank was promoted to Vice President of Distribution Channels Management and in 2003 was named as the Vice President of WW Distribution Channels for the IBM Global Business Partner Organization.
Frank has a degree in Business Management from Northeastern University in Boston. He is married with one daughter, who is currently at the University of Georgia. He previously was a Member of the Board of Directors for COMPTIA (2001-2003) and a Member of the Marketing Board of the Technology Association of Georgia (2002-2004). In addition he has served on the Board of Advisors for numerous companies and provided advice related to go-to-market strategies, particularly regarding channels.
In August 2003 Frank was recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award by VAR Business Magazine, in recognition of ongoing accomplishments in the U. S. Information Technology marketplace.
