Ram is a founding board member of Google Inc and 24/7 Customer. He is a leading angel investor in Silicon Valley. Ram Shriram holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Madras, India and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Ram Shriram, is also Managing Partner at Sherpalo. Prior to this he was Vice President - Business Development at Amazon.com, reporting to Jeff Bezos, founder and CEO. During Shriram's tenure at Amazon.com he grew the customer count from 3 million to 11 million users. Prior to Amazon.com, Shriram was CEO of Junglee Corp., a company that Amazon acquired in 1998. Before joining Junglee, Shriram was an early member of the Netscape Communications executive team. He initiated and built relationships with a targeted set of partners worldwide, helping Netscape to build market share and revenue momentum.

Tuoc Luong, CTO & VP Engineering

Tuoc Luong has served as the Chief Technology Officer and VP of Engineering of Zazzle.com since May 2006. Previously, he was the Executive VP and Chief Technology Officer at IAC Search & Media (formerly Ask Jeeves, Inc.), which includes such popular destinations as Ask.com, Bloglines, Evite, and more.

Prior to Ask.com, Mr. Luong was VP of Engineering at Octopus Software (acquired by Ask.com in 2001). He also previously worked with Microsoft Corporation, where he managed the company's BackOffice/Small Business Server and Hosted Services Division. In this position, he was one of the key executives driving Microsoft's "Software as a Service" initiative, the precursor to .NET.

With more than two decades of engineering experience, Mr. Luong has also worked with Baan/Aurum Software, Borland, Pyramid Technology, Oracle Corporation, and Informix Software, where he was the eighteenth member of the team.
Mr. Luong is also the author of the book, Internationalization, Developing Software for the Global Market, published in 1995.

L. John Doerr has served as one of our directors since August 1998. Mr. Doerr is a Class III director. Mr.Doerr has been a general partner of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers since 1980. Prior to his tenure at Kleiner Perkins, Mr. Doerr was employed by Intel Corporation for five years. He serves on the board of directors of Amazon.com, Inc., Google Inc., Intuit Inc., palmOne, Inc. and Sun Microsystems, Inc.

Andrew S. Rappaport has served as one of Atheros’ directors since December 1998. Since 1996, Mr. Rappaport has been a partner with August Capital, a venture capital firm. Mr. Rappaport attended Princeton University.
